Established in 1962, the business operates across multiple sites handling Conveyancing, Commercial, Family Law, Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment, Wills, Trusts and Probate. The firm is also the only Solicitor Estate Agents in Worcester.

QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright have been Justice Fire and Security customers for many years, during which time we have installed and maintained a comprehensive range of security equipment in many of the firm’s offices.

The latest project involved equipping out the company’s relocated and larger premises in Victoria Square, Droitwich.

Challenges we overcame

A former bank premises, the two-storey 3290 sq. ft premises was completely reconfigured to house over a dozen new offices, as well as conference and meeting rooms and open areas. Around 20 staff occupy the building.

The installation of the new security equipment was undertaken over a period of months during the fit-out of the offices. This meant working around and alongside other trades, to ensure the premises were fully alarmed and secured when the company’s staff took up occupation.

Intruder Alarm & Integrated Access Control

• Pyronix X280 Technology: We installed a high-performance Pyronix system recognised as a leading security systems manufacturer for home and business.
• Remote Management: Since the system is cloud-based, our team can perform remote health checks and servicing, providing a truly monitored security service.
• Integrated Door Entry: For maximum efficiency, the door entry facility is fully integrated within the intruder alarm system, accessible via fobs for all 20 staff members.
• Smart App Control: The new app-based interface allows the client to track and trace building access in real-time, providing total oversight of office security.

Advanced Addressable Fire Alarm

• Advanced Fire Panel: We installed an Advanced addressable fire panel, a gold standard in fire safety solutions.
• Apollo Detection: The system is supported by world-class Apollo detectors, ensuring precise fire detection across the two-storey, 3,290 sq. ft premises.
• Seamless Testing: The addressable nature of the system allows for weekly fire alarm testing to be conducted as a simple, non-disruptive part of the firm's security routine.

The final outcome

QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright staff in Droitwich now have a comprehensive new app-based intruder alarm system, enabling staff to track and trace who is coming in and out of the building, and when. Each member of staff has fobs for the door entry system.
